Solid K9 Training has a worldwide reputation of being able to handle the most challenging dog behavior with a high degree of success, as well as starting your dog off on the right foot and preventing bad behaviors that most families struggle with.

Board and Train
Our Board & Train Program is an intense lifestyle training program, twenty four hours a day, seven days a week at our center. This program is designed to give your dog a strong head start by removing bad habits, assuaging anxiety and fear issues, and putting a strong routine into place for both dog and owner.
The Solid K9 Training facility is highly secure, staffed 24 hours a day, and monitored by video surveillance and fire detection.
3-to-5 Week Behavioral Modification Board and Train
Price: $2,900 – $3,900
- plus the cost of an Educator E-Collar ($180-$280, depending on your dog)
This program is designed for dogs that are exhibiting dog aggression, fear aggression, human aggression, fear issues, anxiety, separation anxiety, and biting.
Using our low-level, communication-style remote collar training, dogs in the Behavioral Modification Board and Train will learn the following:
- Walking properly on a leash without pulling, barking, lunging, sniffing, or reacting to dogs and/or distractions
- Sit
- Down
- Place command
- Recall training (with distractions)
- Calm on Command training – having your dog be calm in all situations, without him/her having to be worn out with hours of walking/play time
- Dog Aggression issues – attacking dogs, biting dogs, improper greeting and social skills
- Separation Anxiety
- High Anxiety/Fear and the residual issues from those states of mind – biting, growling, attacking humans and/or dogs
- Human Aggression
- Leadership skills with your dog so your dog understands proper pack order with humans
- Eliminating bad behaviors – jumping up on people, jumping on countertops, mouthing, nipping, chasing, playing keep-away
All Obedience Board and Trains 6 hours of 1 on 1 training.

Board and Train dogs will be picked up & dropped off by the client.
1 on 1 Training
In 1-on-1 training we can directly address the behavioral issues you are experiencing with your dog and tailor a training program that best meets your needs. We will teach you how to communicate with your dog and demonstrate basic leadership and guidance.
Obedience and Off-Leash Lifestyle Classes
Price: $699 / 5 sessions
This is a great program for dog owners who are looking for greater control over their dog’s behavior and mindset. If you want to have a better understanding, communication and connection with your dog there is no better program out there for getting your dog on the right track than our Obedient Lifestyle class. These five sessions will be the most life changing five hours for you, your family, and your dog that you will ever experience.
Many of our clients have tried other trainers and found themselves frustrated at the lack of results. At Solid K9 Training, we are completely results oriented and dedicated to giving you the best advice 100% of the time.
All sessions are hands on with one of our experienced trainers, working with you and your dog.
We will work on the basic commands (proper heel, sit/stay, down/stay, place, and recall) as well as work to eliminate the things you do that reinforce your dog’s bad or unwanted behaviors. We will work with you to set up household management systems, proper exercise and nutrition, obedience and behavior modification plans so your dog is best prepared to succeed with you! Crucially, we will help you better understand your dog’s behavior and thinking so you can get away from using human assumptions to understand your dog and help eliminate bad behavior and reinforce good behavior. If your dog suffers from Separation Anxiety, we will walk you through the 13 steps we use that help eliminate Separation in 99% of the dogs we work with.
This includes teaching our proprietary Calm on Command system based on state of mind and duration work that is a first in the industry.
In this class we will work with you to establish leadership of your dog without the use of physical force, yelling, or any heavy handed techniques. Additionally, we stress the importance of getting the whole family involved and learning with a family-oriented training program so your dog is conditioned by everyone in the household and not just you.
Remote Collar Training
Price: $699 / (includes the cost of the collar)
Through one-on-one training we’ll work with you and your dog to establish the basics of off-leash training. Training your dog to be off leash grants them (and you) greater freedom and mobility through obedience from a distance.
This class requires your dog graduated from our Obedient Lifestyles classes
During this class we will work with you to pick the correct model and size the remote collar for you and your dog. Provide hands-on work with your dog explaining, demonstrating and working with you to get the best results.
We’ll fully explain and demonstrate how our low level remote collar training works to get off leash reliability with distractions. We also work your dog on all basic commands of Heel, sit/stay, down/stay, Place and recall (the most important one). We’ll also provide guidance on how to go from prompt to correction mode in a very fair way that advocates for your dog.
Head Start Classes for Puppies
Price: $299 / 3 Sessions
Our puppy training program is designed to help you get through the everyday obstacles of puppy ownership.
One of the greatest things you can do for your puppy is teach them, train them, and build up their confidence in and around real world distractions.
Phone/Skype Training with Jeff
Price: $140/hour
Are you interested in my services but don’t have the budget? Are you in an area of the USA I do not reach? My Phone/Skype Call Training can help you get DRAMATIC results and build a lasting relationship with your dog.
I can walk you through proper training techniques to help resolve any issue. You can also email me videos, pictures, and info about your dog’s behavior before we talk so I can see just what issues you’re having with your dog. Together, we can come up with a solid plan on how to address the issues you are struggling with, and get you on the path to success.
Board and Play
Boarding / Board & Play
Price: $75/nightly or $475/weekly
This option is open to only past and current clients! Your dog will spend the day outside socializing and playing with other dogs, they will be safe and secure in our climate controlled kennel and come home tired and happy, but not stressed, anxious, or overadrenalized.
Daycare
Our daycare is daycare on steroids.
Available Monday-Friday from 7:30am-6:30pm
Price: $39/day or $300/10 days (individual days usable anytime in the following year) or $500 unlimited monthly.

Train The Trainers is a Seminar for Dog Trainers who want to grow & better their business.
